Responsibilities:
• Follow written instruction in the form of a job ticket
• Accurately document counts, production notes, and charges
• Maintain high quality standards while meeting established production rates
• Excellent attendance and minimal tardiness

BINDERY ASSOCIATE:
• Work at a fast pace while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Quickly troubleshoot and solve mechanical problems and make adjustments
• Hourly position with rotating shifts and some overtime
Qualifications:
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Sound reasoning and problem solving skills
• Read and comprehend written instructions
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Write legible instructions for labels, recording counts, and documenting problems
• Add, subtract, divide, and multiply with the assistance of a calculator to figure exact counts
• Stand, twist, turn, bend, and reach randomly throughout a 7.5 to 11.5 hour shift
• Lift up to 50 pounds randomly throughout a 7.5 to 11.5 hour shift
• Read colors accurately
• Read a ruler in inches to 1/16th of an inch
• Add fractions to accurately measure product
• Computer skills suitable for accurate timekeeping
• Strong emphasis on safety and a safe work ethic
• High school diploma or GED

PREFLIGHT TECHNICIAN:
• Preflight customer prepared digital files using Macintosh and Windows operating systems
• Compare digital files to quote specs and identify discrepancies
• Quickly troubleshoot and solve digital file issues and make adjustments
• Work at a fast pace and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Working knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, QuarkXPress, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro
• Hourly position with rotating shifts and some overtime
Qualifications:
• Strong computer skills on both Macintosh and Windows operating systems
• Typing speed above 40 correct words per minute with 95% or higher accuracy
• Experience with several of the following applications: Photoshop, InDesign, QuarkXPress, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro
• Sound reasoning and problem solving skills
• Read and comprehend written instructions
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Write legible instructions for recording instructions and documenting problems
• Add, subtract, divide, and multiply with the assistance of a calculator
• Sit at a computer throughout a 7.5 to 11.5 hour shift
• Lift up to 50 pounds randomly throughout a 7.5 to 11.5 hour shift
• Read colors accurately
• Read a ruler in inches to 1/32nd of an inch
• Add fractions to accurately measure samples, proofs, and plate content
• Strong emphasis on safety and a safe work ethic
• High school diploma or GED

ROLL CONVERTING OPERATOR:
• Set up and operate a Valmet 1450 TSK roll converting machine with 4 roll stands
• Convert a variety of paper weights, coatings, and sizes
• Operate a standard forklift and a forklift with a roll clamp attachment
• Work at a fast pace while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Quickly troubleshoot and solve mechanical problems and make adjustments
• 1st shift hourly position with some overtime, but must have a flexible schedule to accommodate peak workloads, and be able to rotate shifts in the future
